Its Christmas time at the Fraziers! This is my favorite time of year... no matter where you go, everywhere just feels cozier and more inviting... even work. Even still, all I want to do is rush home and start a fire, turn on the tree, and just be. It really is the most wonderful time of the year.

LOVE it!! YOur house looks beautiful! BTW- where did you get/how did you make that huge chalkboard? I want to put one in P's toddler room!
Tell me about that chalkboard in your breakfast nook. I really like it. I think our houses are very similar in age/layout. :) Ours was built in 1963- yours?
