This is a stray from my typical posts... but I have some guilt about not sharing this scrumptious little product with you earlier... I know many of you pass by this lonely little jar weekly hidden on the bottom of the shelf at the grocery store. I am here to perhaps sway you into bending down and purchasing this goo goodness. I am fully aware this obsession is a very unhealthy problem, but we usually buy 2 - 3 jars of this stuff every time we go to the store. It makes anything magical... instant s'mores, delectable fruit, etc. Please give this little ditty a fighting chance... I fear it might be pulled from the shelves soon, and that my friends, would be a downright travesty.

my new chalkboard.

I love the look of chalkboards in a kitchen... Ryan and I just got a rather large school blackboard this weekend at an estate sale! It is probably one of my favorite possessions at the moment. It runs almost from floor to ceiling and is also magnetic! I can't wait to write recipes, ideas, notes, thoughts, quotes and drawings on it... one day, it could even be moved into a fun playroom. Please come over and brainstorm on it with me whenever you please. I am worried this item will just add to my anal need to plan... everything.

those summer nights...

The first long, summer night was last night... and it made me extremely happy. Ry and I had an early dinner sitting outside with a glass of Sangria and fresh summer veggies, cheeses, and BBQ. I only wish the pool was warm, it would have made the night complete with a little dive. I absolutely cannot wait for swimming, dibble-dabble, barbeques, and most importantly the lake. Nothing feels more like summer than be bopping along on the lake with some close friends and great tunes. Summer, please get here soon...

All three of these ladies seem to just own who they are. They appear unwaveringly confident in themselves... which to me screams sexy & inspiring. I hope they keep it up, because these types of women seem to be dwindling in tinsel town these days...
